The files are stored in the individual Boxes. Files that do not require analysis, such as videos or photos, can be uploaded directly to a folder. Files that are analysed are sent to the Inbox. From there, the file is processed further; this is used especially for documents with accounting relevance. The document recognised by DeepO is stored by DeepBox directly in the corresponding box with a click of a button.
