The master data, which can be defined in Q908, is not automatically uploaded to DeepBox again when a change is made, e.g. when a new customer is opened. In order to keep the data in DeepBox and Abacus synchronised, the master data must be uploaded manually.

As of version 2022 - patch 15.09.2022, the master data will be automatically synchronised once a day. In Q908 you can see when the last synchronisation took place and how many data records were uploaded.
