The so-called "System Folders" are stored here. These folders are used for automatic filing of documents. From a purely technical point of view, it is possible to delete these folders because the user can organise their Box as they wish. However, it is strongly discouraged because the automatic filing of documents will no longer be possible. For these reasons, the System Folders cannot be renamed.
