If the technical requirements according to this FAQ article are met, the Webhook can be set up in Abacus. This means that the documents will be transferred to Abacus directly after acceptance and processing in the DeepBox.

Processing can be time-controlled if there is no desire or possibility to open Abacus for external messages from the Webhook.
Instead of individual document processing, the documents are processed collectively.

A time trigger can be set up to retrieve the processed documents - which are waiting in the Abacus Document Folder - from the DeepBox at the desired interval and enter them in Abacus. The standard DeepBox process can be used as the process.
