The order refers to the arrangement of the desired signatures. Before the signature process is started, the initiator has the option of adjusting this order. Once the document has been sent for signature, no more changes can be made in this regard. In order for the function to be used, the setting " Define order of signing" must be activated. The numbering for the order and a dot icon for moving the signatories will then appear. In addition to adjusting the order, groupings can also be created so that several signees are on the same level and therefore have to sign together. Once the first instance has been signed, the next signee is invited to sign via e-mail notification.
