Deleting the organisation
To delete an organisation that has already been verified, the following steps are required in advance:

Quick guide:
1. delete all sections (and thus boxes) manually in the account management (reason: you are thus deleting your data yourself and thereby also directly confirming the deletion).
2. manually delete all other members of the organisation (including service users), if there are any.
3. notify Support that the organisation is to be deleted.
4. the organisation will be removed by DeepCloud support.

Step by step "Delete sections"
To delete the sections, first go to the account management. Then select "Boxes" in the left-hand field and go to the sections to be deleted via "Manage". In the list of sections, you can now click "Edit" on the right-hand side and then delete them (confirm deletion again).

Step by step "Delete user"
To delete users, stay in the account management and switch to "Users". There you will see a list of active users, outstanding invitations and created service users. Delete all entries in these tabs to remove all access to the organisation. Users can be deleted under "View" (right) via "Remove this/these user(s)". Your own user can and does not have to be deleted.

Finally: Report to support
Ask Support to deactivate the organisation at support@deepbox.swiss .
