The respective user who should receive the notifications from Abacus can be stored in the responsibilities. For the Accounts Receivable application, for example, the person responsible for accounts receivable accounting for the corresponding client is stored. The DeepBox application in the responsibilities is a fallback if the notification does not affect any of the listed applications. If no users are stored, the main administrator is notified by default. 

Can several users be stored in the responsibilities?
In the standard process, one Abacus user is notified per application. If this needs to be adjusted, it requires a manual process adjustment in the programme "Q974 Process Designer".
