First, a user uploads the document to be signed to DeepSign. Then, the user can define which external or internal persons are invited to sign the document and insert the position of the signatures by drag & drop as desired. DeepSign automatically sends a signature e-mail to the previously defined signatories. Afterwards, all persons on DeepSign can place their electronic signature on the document and confirm it with their phone number. When the document is signed by all participants, the document is visible and signed. Finally, the signed document can be downloaded and further processed.
