For automated document processing, a webhook or trigger must be set up for each Box. 

New - from Version 2023 - Patch 15.05.2023 / V2022 - Patch 15.11.2023 - a predefined SystemUser can be stored as a trigger. 
The "SystemUser DeepCloud" does not use any licences like self-created users. If the application has been licensed, the SystemUser only needs to be granted access. The user has access to the Business Process Engine by default.

Access can be configured both in "Q908 DeepCloud Administration" in the "Establish DeepBox connections" tab and in the user administration.
