Closing your account and deleting your data

You use the DeepCloud account professionally

Depending on your role in the organisation, steps may need to be taken before we can delete your account

Member of an organisation or other owners in the organisation
If you are member or owner of an organisation with multiple owners, you can request the deletion of your account directly by sending an email to support[at]deepbox.swiss.

Sole owner of an organisation
If you are the only owner of an organisation that is to remain in existence, you must first authorise an additional owner for your organisation. You can then request the deletion of your account directly by sending an email to support[at]deepbox.swiss.

If the organisation is also to be deleted, please proceed as follows:

1. delete all sections (and thus boxes) of your organisation (and, if applicable, your private organisation) manually in the account management (reason: you are thus deleting your data yourself and thereby also directly confirming the deletion).
2. manually delete all other members of the organisation (including service users), if there are any.
3. notify Support that the organisation and your account are to be deleted.
4. the organisation and your account will be removed by DeepCloud support.

Ask Support to delete the organisation and your DeepCloud account by sending an email to support[at]deepbox.swiss.

You use the DeepCloud account privately.

Before we can delete your account, the following steps are necessary: 

Quick guide
1. delete all sections (and thus boxes) manually in the account management (reason: you delete your data yourself and thus also confirm the deletion directly).
2. manually delete all other members of the private organisation (including service users), if there are any.
3. notify Support that the organisation and your account are to be deleted.
4. the organisation and your account will be removed by DeepCloud support.
